As Founder and Partner of Integra Energy, Mr. DeWeese creates, implements, and communicates the company’s vision, mission and overall direction.

Mr. DeWeese is focused on building the strength of the company. Specifically, as a serial entrepreneur, he started several energy, technology and cleantech businesses. Previously, Mr. DeWeese was COO of Integra Optics, Founder and managing partner at Unity Fuels, Founder and President of NextGen Fuels and Founder and COO of Enermetrix. Mr. DeWeese has raised approximately $100M in private equity or from strategic partners. His entrepreneurial mindset drives Integra’s strategic priorities. Mr. DeWeese leads the development and implementation of the overall company’s behavior. Additionally, he establishes and models the company’s platforms and operations. Most importantly, he helps build a strong and resilient team to achieve the company’s desired success. Mr. DeWeese has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Western New England College. He is an avid skier, mountain biker and sailor.

Steve is an experienced executive that has a proven track record when it comes to leadership, strategic planning and achieving set goals.

As a Co-Founder of Integra Energy, being able to master new technology and assemble the right team to excel and gain market share year after year no matter how the economy performs. Steve’s responsibilities include day to day operations, building a sales team and achieving all revenue goals. A “YES I CAN” attitude helped grow a start up company from $200k to >$10mil in sales and grow to 50+employees in only 2 years. (NOTE: during a pandemic). Vision, teamwork and Integrity are the driving forces that helped Steve achieve his goals and growth throughout his career. Steve acquired a AAS in business/marketing at Hudson Valley Community College Outside of work, Steve enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements. He is an avid learner and continuously seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills. Steve also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Saratoga Auto Museum and volunteers time to many local non-profit organizations. Recreational interests are all sports-racing, water sports and deep water fishing.

Mr. Obermayer’s responsibilities include financial oversight of all corporate resources; strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management; administration of payroll and benefits; and development of financial policies and procedures.

Mr. Obermayer joined BBL in 1993 and brings over 40 years of experience in financial operations to the BBL team. During Mr. Obermayer’s career at BBL, he has developed the company’s current financial policies and procedures. He also established and leads BBL Hospitality, the hotel and restaurant division that oversees BBL’s hospitality portfolio. Mr. Obermayer holds an M.S. Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and a B.B.A, cum laude from Siena College. He is also a New York State Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Bank Auditor (first recipient of the highest grade award on the exam nationally). He serves on several boards, including the Business Council of New York State, Capital Region Chamber and Center for Economic Growth, Fort William Henry Corporation, St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation, Capital District YMCA; and serves as the Board Director for Ballston Spa National Bank. He is also a Capital Campaign Cabinet Member for Colonie Senior Service Centers, and a past board member of Living Resources Foundation, JDRF, Boy Scouts of America Twin Rivers Council, Junior Achievement, and Siena College Board of Trustees.

Mr. Maney received his BS in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University and a law degree from the Albany Law School.

As CEO of the Prescott Foundation, Hangar 743, The Museum, and Warbird Factory Dave runs the ship on all aspects of business, services, products and team development.

A former Navy nuclear engineer who grew up on a farm in Iowa, David Prescott founded IntegraOptics, Inc., the #2 fastest-growing company in New York State’s Capital Region (aka “Tech Valley”), according to the 2014 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. IntegraOptics was growing at a rate of nearly 279 percent per year. Based on percentage annual growth 2010 to 2013. After building Integra Optics for over 10 years, David Prescott sold the company to Infinite Electronics to allow him the freedom to pursue his aviation dreams. Before launching IntegraOptics’ in 2007, Prescott, who is also a pilot, ran a flight school and aviation maintenance shop, ProAIR Aviation in the hangar which is now the The Prescott Foundation headquarters. The hangar sits astride the runway at Albany International Airport. Today, one of Prescott’s varied collection of aircraft are on display and flow regularly. Prescott spent nearly nine years in the Navy, where he served in the nuclear propulsion program as an electronics technician. His highest rank: Petty Office Second Class (E-5). He earned a bachelor of science degree in nuclear engineering while on active duty. He left the Navy in 1999, the year he won “Shore Sailor of the Year” honors. Prescott is a veteran who fervently believes in veterans’ “can do” training. He recognizes that veterans are qualified for just about anything they want to do when starting a business or getting a job. Veterans comprised a large percentage of IntegraOptics’ workforce under Mr. Prescott’s leadership.
