Mr. Maney provides legal services through his firm including M&A transactions, high level business legal
transactions, real estate law, and various legal tax exchanges. In his off-time Mr. Maney is a real estate
developer and is a director and owner of several businesses.
Previously, Mr. Maney was on the board of directors of National Union Bank of Kinderhook and at
NextRidge. Mr. Maney received his BS in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University and a law
degree from the Albany Law School.
